He began his career at the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), where he gained valuable
hands-on experience in derivatives
and commodities trading.
He holds an MBA with a
specialization in Investment Finance, laying a strong foundation in financial modeling, risk
management, and strategic investment planning.
Currently, Mehrullah is pursuing a Ph.D. at Asia Pacific University, where his research focuses on the integration of Artificial Intelligence into financial markets—specifically the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Neural Networks (NN), and Reinforcement Learning (RL) to build intelligent trading and portfolio management systems.
To broaden his global perspective and skillset, Mehrullah has completed certification courses from several prestigious institutions:
- Investment Fundamentals from the European Institute of Leadership & Management
- Global Finance, Trade & Economic Integration from Harvard Business School
- Financial Globalization and Capital Flows from the Asian Development Bank Institute
He has been mentored by some of the most respected names in the trading world. He received direct mentorship from Ezekiel Chew. one of the world’s most renowned trading coaches, and completed specialized training in trading techniques under Daryl Guppy,
a globally recognized expert in technical analysis and trend trading.
In addition to his academic and trading credentials, Mehrullah is actively involved as an AI based trading systems consultant. working with international investment funds and fintech organizations to develop and deploy advanced algorithmic trading strategies.
His diverse experience, spanning from global finance to AI model integration, positions him at the forefront of modern financial innovation.
